Basic And Important Features Of A Digital Home Theater Receiver
Custom fit golf clubs give you a distinct advantage in your golf game. You can bet that all the PGA professional golfers have their golf clubs custom fitted, because they know that an extra millimeter of length or kilogram of weight can make a difference in the way a club moves before and after the moment of inertia.
Do Amateurs Need Custom Fit Golf Clubs?
If you are a high handicapper who likes to play 18 holes on the weekend, you are probably wondering whether spending the money on custom fit golf clubs is worth it as far as improving your game. In fact, high handicappers may benefit the most from having golf clubs custom fitted, because they have the greatest room for improvement.
A professional club fitter will custom fit your golf clubs to your particular height, strength, clubhead speed, and the dynamics of your individual swing. Golf clubs come in standard lengths and specifications to fit an individual who is about five-nine or five-ten in height, who hits a 6-iron about 150 yards. If you are that golfer, go ahead and buy the clubs off the shelf and play with them. If not, then go ahead and splurge on a custom fitting for your golf clubs.
When you go for your golf club custom fitting, you may be surprised to find out that the fitting mostly consists of your hitting golf balls with a new set of clubs. The club fitting pro will mark you clubface with special tape that is marked every time you hit a golf ball.
By watching where the marks end up on the clubface, the club professional can see what kind of adjustments need to be made to the shaft, loft, and club head to make your clubs perfectly suited to your physique and your swing. If you buy high end clubs, your fitting may be included in the cost of your clubs. If it is not, you can expect to be charged maybe $50 for the club fitting fee.
Other Equipment
Besides the custom fit golf clubs, every golfer needs some other basic equipment. Buy a golf bag that allows you to slide clubs easily in and out of the bag. Whether you use a power cart, a pull cart, or carry your clubs, you should buy a bag that fits your style of play.
A golfer who uses a power cart will want exterior zippers and compartments that face outwards when the bag is mounted on the back of a power golf cart. Similarly, a golfer who uses a pull cart will want t he same pockets to be accessible when he or she plays with a pull cart.
Every golfer also needs a tight-fitting golf glove to grip the club properly. If you are right-handed, buy a glove for your left hand; if you are left handed, buy a glove for your right hand.

I need to buy a quality home theater receiver on the warm end of the sound scale?
I want a quality build and so will consider any of the better quality brands (Yamaha, Denon, Onkyo, etc) . I will be pairing it with Energy Reference speakers, which I would classify as being "bright". I want a receiver that will add some warmth to the sound. Has anyone done a comparison or can anyone recommend a article in one on the sound publications.
You are correct in sonically matching the correct reciever to the speakers. The Energy's I wouldnt consider as bright though, it could be what your powering them with now. I consider the Energy's as being actually on the warmer side of neutral.
Marantz, Denon, Onkyo, are more on the warmer side. Marantz and then Denon I feel are building the best sounding and built quality recievers these days.
Yamaha is very much on the bright side. Not a Yamaha fan though.
Judged by parts & built quality, and sound quality.
Good: Marantz, Denon, Onkyo, B&K,
Ok: NAD, Rotel, Harmon Kardon,
Poor: Yamaha, Sony
