how do i reinstall multimedia controler & multimedia video controler?
i have just formated my pc and reloaded with windows xp,when i go to device manager there are 2 hyphons one for multimedia controler & the other for multimedia video controler.when i try to reinstall these from the system & driver cd it says it cannot be found,can anyone tell me how to reinstall these please? thanks.
let windows/internet find drivers or know your make of m/board and serial number get updated driver off them.
simplist solution is to buy a cheap pci sound card put it in and run through the hardware setup and install drivers this will sort the problem out rather than going all round the houses.
